NightmareStresser will regularly remove all attack log data, payment log data and any other form of data to keep website running fast and smoothly.
In no event shall NightmareStresser be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential damages or any nature due to the use of our Services and/or any information found with our Services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages resulting in loss of profit or revenue, installation costs, damage to property, personal injury, death and legal expenses.
You acknowledge that NightmareStresser and the manufacturer or supplier of any products or information found on our Services are not to be held responsible for any claim or damage resulting from use.
Any statements or advice offered or given to You is given without charge. NightmareStresser assumes no liability for such statements or advice and the use of such.
You must agree to indemnify, defend and hold us and our partners, attorneys, staff and affiliates harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including resultant attorney fees, related to your violation of this Agreement and/or use of our Services.
Account sharing is fully allowed between family or friends, although selling or resealing accounts is strictly prohibited. Customers caught selling their accounts to other users will loose access to ALL thier account and all future accounts created by them. These accounts will be closed with a reason stating "Stolen account" and will loose its ability to stress test.
Nightmare Stresser staff are online 18 hours per day to help you,although using abusive language or threatening staff members of NightmareStresser will result in your account being banned from the chat system.
Nightmare Stresser will NEVER offer any free booters, will never offer free trials and will never offer free accounts in exchange for youtube videos, this is a paid stresser and we will never offer free plans.
